My intention as a Yoga Teacher is to instruct and inspire you, the student, in the luminescent practice of Yoga. I see Yoga as a physical art of movement, breath, and focus. Lessons are comprised of poses (asanas), and complementary breathing practices (pranayama). I will create a custom sequence for you ranging from rigorous flowing sequences, to slow moving, restorative poses, and all the possibilities in between. My expertise as a Teacher lies in helping you learn to recreate vitality and a sense of wellbeing, as a means to enhance everyday life and activities, after injury or illness, during chronic illness.

All levels of practice and fitness, and all ages from age 6 up, are welcome. A desire to learn Yoga is the only requirement.

Please share your yoga experience, health goals, any relevant physical experience, illness or injury, when you book your lesson. An empty stomach and comfortable clothing are best ~ so no food for two hours or drinks an hour before Yoga.

  • Private in person in San Francisco, and via Zoom $130/hour.
